   Thank you. Supposedly we are no longer considered to be in a drought due to all the recent precipitation. We shall see about that, but this is just a continuation of an agenda that has already been put in place and needs to be stopped.

   My electric company is also
   proposing a huge increase – so with both the water and electric increases I and my neighbors are going to be hit hard.
