About Arizona Republican Legislative District 2
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” As Americans, these words form the foundation of our Constitutional Democratic Republic. WE THE PEOPLE expect and demand that our representatives at the Local, State, and Federal levels govern the affairs of this nation, preserving “Liberty and Justice for ALL”
To further this stand, LD2 will:
- Work to educate all voters of their birthright as Americans.
- Promote Republican values which focus on the individual liberties enshrined in our U.S. Constitution.
- Reject all efforts to supplant the rights of parents in favor of state controlled propaganda.
- Reject the efforts of leftist agitators to promote social agendas, which infringe on the rights of the majority, to placate the mentally ill and those who wish to damage the foundation and fabric of the United States.
- Recruit strong Conservative Republican candidates to represent our values at the Local, State, and Federal Levels.
- Collaborate with other Legislative Districts to strengthen the working relationship between Republicans and our Communities.
- Work with Maricopa County Republican Party and the Republican Party of Arizona to further our goals and objectives.
- Register Republican voters and train them to engage in their communities.

Committeeman please browse the links and info that are available to you here to learn more about us and what we do to help maintain a strong Legislative presence and defend the rights of our Community members. It is through the activities and participation of people like you that we are able to educate the public on the issues at hand and provide opportunities to learn about the existing and future candidates for public office.Here in Legislative District 2 we work to achieve a level of mutual respect developing processes to achieve commonly shared goals. While division can often be found when concerning politics, it is the decorum and respect of different ideas and agreeing to disagree that must be mastered.

Our Legislative District
Legislative District 2 is an official arm of the Maricopa County Republican Committee and the Republican Party of Arizona and adhere to the guidelines of these organizations. Arizona’s 2nd Legislative District (LD2) is one of 30 LDs in the state. Located in the north central area of Maricopa County it is entirely located in Phoenix. As of 2023, there are 48 precincts in the district with a total registered voter population of 131,648. The district has an overall population of 246,674.
